Return and exchange
Please read carefully.
If you are not satisfied with your order within the first 14 days of receiving the product, simply return it to us in the same condition (as new) and we will gladly accept it for a refund or exchange. Shipping cost is non-refundable.
Please include buyer's name and order number with your returned or exchanged product. To expedite the processing of your order return.
Items for return or exchange must be shipped to the following address with your order number in the "To" field in the following format:

We will let you know when we receive your package (please note that the order number must be on the package label so that we can contact you when we receive the package) and after the return / exchange has been processed. Please allow about a week between receiving and processing your return / exchange.
* Due to variations in monitor / screen settings and a wide variety of natural materials, images on website may not match actual products shipped. Dissatisfaction with color / grain is not a valid reason to exchange.
** If you received your item as a gift, please include any information you have - order number, name or email address of the person who ordered the gift, etc. - and we will take care of you.

Please note that local buyers are responsible for shipping charges returned or exchanged to TGmastery.
International returns and exchanges
Please note that international customers are responsible for shipping costs, duties, customs fees and taxes on returned or exchanged items from TGmastery.
