Returns and exchanges

14-day right of withdrawal (EU consumers). If you bought as a consumer, you can withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the product without giving any reason. To do so, send us a clear statement by e-mail to tgmastery@gmail.com with your order number. You then have 14 more days to send the product back.

Customers outside the EU can also return unused products within 14 days of delivery under the same rules.

How to send a return

Please pack the product securely, include the buyer's name and order number, and ship it to the address below. Put your order number in the "To" field in this format:

We will let you know when your package arrives. If you received the item as a gift, include any details you have (order number, name or e-mail of the person who ordered it) and we will take care of you.

Refunds

  • We refund the price of the product and the original standard shipping cost within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal statement, using the same payment method. We may wait until we receive the product back or proof that you have sent it.
  • You pay the direct cost of sending the product back to us. International customers also cover any duties, customs fees and taxes on the return shipment.
  • You are liable for any loss of value caused by handling the product beyond what is needed to check its nature, characteristics and functioning.
  • Made-to-order or personalised products (e.g. custom sizes) cannot be returned under the right of withdrawal.

Exchanges

Want a different colour or size? Return the product as described above and place a new order, or write to us and we will arrange the exchange.

Damaged or faulty products

If your product arrives damaged or does not match the order, write to tgmastery@gmail.com with your order number and photos. We cover the costs of repair, replacement or return in such cases. EU consumers have a 2-year statutory guarantee of conformity – see our Terms of Service.

Our products are made of natural wood and veneer, so each piece has its own colour and grain, and screens show colours differently. This is a natural feature of the material, not a defect – but it never limits your 14-day right of withdrawal.
